Before meeting with Carey and Andrea, my finances were a mess! I didn’t have a budget/financial organizational system that I was using. I was just spending what I felt like on my credit card and hoped for the best at the end of the month. I was being driven more by emotions than goals.
After meeting with Carey and Andrea, I have a better idea of what I spend on a monthly and annual basis. It’s been incredibly eye opening to see exactly where my money is going! Before the YNAB (budget app) coaching, I really didn’t know.
Working with Carey and Andrea was wonderful. It was a blessing to have them open each session in prayer. They were very kind, patient and fantastic teachers. Their love for Christ really shines through them. It was very encouraging working with them and a great experience.
Since the YNAB coaching sessions, I am more aware of how much I make and how much I should be spending. I see YNAB helping me in the long run in so many ways… mostly being able to have a vision and plan. It has helped me have more self-restraint when I’m tempted to buy something I really want (that I’m currently unable to afford).
I have a new awareness of my financial situation and hope for the future that I didn’t have before. I have been wanting to get into a better place financially but have been overwhelmed with where to start. The YNAB coaching was invaluable because now I know what to do to improve my situation and reach my goals. I hope to be a better steward with my money. It has been a blessing to have more self-control than before and to be motivated by my goals rather than emotions.
This coaching has helped me make a huge positive life change that I didn’t know how to do on my own. I would recommend Carey and Andrea’s budget coaching. They are godly and wise Christians who are kind and wonderful!
