Before YNAB our financial system was unstable. We had no system to track our increasing expenses. It didn’t seem like we were spending much, but the little transactions added up as we didn’t take watchful care. This impacted our marriage because conversations about finances became very hurtful. We were too tired to establish a system, and we were in desperate need of one.
Carey and Andrea came with a system and were graciously willing to hear our troubles and step by step walk us through how to use the YNAB budgeting app even spending multiple hours to ensure we got a grasp on how to use the application. They graciously dealt with lies and fears about finances that were holding us back from giving this an intentional effort.
After about 4 months of working with One Master Ministries we are experiencing so much freedom. We don’t fight about money! We also are no longer going in the negative and needing to dip into savings to make ends meet. As we are continuing to be set free to glorify God in this area, I’m excited to be more generous and further see how we can use God’s money to invest in more people around the world experiencing the love and power of Jesus.”
